Emergency Services Case Manager and Program Coordinator
After completing a dual degree in Sociology and Social Work at University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Luis continued on to receive his Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in public health at Morgan State University in 2016. Before becoming an Emergency Services Case Manager and Program Coordinator, Luis worked as a Resource Coordinator for clients that have developmental disabilities.
Luis is enthusiastic about bringing his skills, education, and creativity to the LARS team. He cares deeply about working with people in the midst of difficult life circumstances and helping them to achieve their goals. Through his work, Luis hopes to help LARS become a legislative beacon for the level of care and services needed in our community.
